Support of team management in the organisation and control of stationary DRG/PEPP accounting Ensuring correct and timely settlement according to applicable legal requirements Support in the introduction of new employees and knowledge transfer in the team Cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. medical controlling, specialist departments, administration) Participation in projects in the field of digitalization and process management

Completed commercial or medical training, ideally in healthcare Multiannual professional experience in stationary billing, coding or in case management of a hospital Knowledge in the DRG system and in relevant legal frameworks Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and team capacity Safe handling of hospital information systems (orbis of advantage) and MS Office
