Foreman / Service Manager Building Cleaning - Leverkusen (m/f/d)

We are looking for you for the residential area service!

Your tasks

• You are responsible for about 10-20 cleaning forces in the staircase cleaning and guiding them
• You are the interface to the team leader, implement instructions and ensure compliance with cleaning standards
• You act as a quality manager in your area and perform regular quality controls (using a QM app)
• You organize and control the workflows and ensure a smooth execution of the work
• Supply of materials and appropriate cleaning agents

Your profile

• Professional experience in building cleaning, as well as practiced and routined handling of cleaning, disinfection and care products
• High service and customer orientation
• You are an organizational talent and like to work in the team
• Class B driving licence (switch)
