Team Leader Service for the Southern Region (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Teamleiter Service (m/w/d) for the Region South - Wohnort ideally between Nuremberg and Stuttgart Coordination, guidance and motivation of service technicians Support and control of external subcontractors Own implementation of service inserts (installations, maintenance, repairs, complaint processing) Technical support for indoor services and on-site service technicians Planning and implementation of regular technical training

You have completed training in the electrical sector First leadership experience is available; ideally, you will also bring practical experience in the staircase lift area (assembly and service) Self-employed, structured working and a high degree of self-initiative You combine your very good technical understanding with a pronounced solution orientation Strong communicative skills facilitate the exchange with internal and external contacts readiness to travel, flexibility and high readiness You are well familiar with the common office programs Ideally, you have user knowledge in Microsoft Navision (ERP) Sovereign Communication in German and English
