Participation in the implementation of the city's digitalization strategy Participation in IT and digitalization projects (further) Development of the DMS d3 (including signature, workflow, etc.) Conversion of OZG performances by connection guide threads Management of certificates Establishment of OSCI mailboxes Communication with local digitalisation partners such as D-NRW and KDVZ Creation of operating manuals Coordination between specialist offices, software providers and data center when implementing software Training of employees in the introduction of new IT systems Support and administration of test systems Designing and performing software tests Creation and updating of digital forms in consultation with the specialist offices Research of software solutions as required Participation in the design and implementation of new workplace equipment

a successfully completed study (Bachelor of a Fach- or University of Applied Sciences) in the fields of computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics, IT management or a comparable degree with a focus on information technology Knowledge of project management, with certification Experiences in an agile working environment, with certification Practical knowledge in the network and server environment Knowledge of current Microsoft client and server technologies high level of service and customer orientation

In addition, the willingness to continue further education and to incorporate new technologies and procedures is assumed. Remarkable Professional experience in the designated tasks – ideally within a (public) administration Professional experience in IT service (customer service) – ideally in educational institutions Knowledge of administrative structures and procedures high readiness for learning and performance
