You're running the team on site. This consists of the care team and the house administration. You serve the residents of a social housing project. You provide foundations for a good neighbourly coexistence. You promote active integration into the group and society. You motivate to participate in activities of civil society associations and bind to other external bodies. You work with volunteers, network partners and existing services. You support access to day care facilities. You develop targeted offers and implement them. You conduct deescalation talks, offer crisis intervention and support consistent conflict prevention and resolution. You take adult counselling and low-swell (reference) counselling. You support and accompany the children of the social housing project. You contribute to the conceptual development of the accommodation.

You have an academic degree in social work, social education or a comparable qualification in the field of social work. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1); Other language skills (English, Arabic, Farsi, Dari, Paschtu) are of advantage. Leadership experience is advantageous. You bring well-founded knowledge of the right to asylum, residence and foreigners. Vocational experience in the social field is desirable. You are characterized by ready-to-use, teamwork and reflectivity. You possess competences such as empathy, resilience, flexibility and organisational ability and are open to intercultural cooperation. You love dealing with people from different cultures. Your extended management certificate has no registrations. You are open to further education and training and strive for personal and professional development.
