To strengthen our QS team, we are looking for one at the next time: Deputy Head of Quality Management (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for Quality Management in Full Time (40 h)

Deputy Head of Quality Management Maintenance and further development of the existing QM system according to the relevant GMP principles and requirements of the accreditation standard for test laboratories DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 Planning and implementation of self-inspections Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of administrative inspections and customer audits Documentation and monitoring of the implementation of quality assurance measures Support in the assignment and training of employees, interns Creation, testing and approval of standard work instructions, internal audit regulations Control of compliance with QS measures for validations, test reports, device qualifications Participation in the creation of KPIs, trend evaluations

Complete scientific studies in chemistry, food chemistry, pharmacy or related disciplines or scientific training with several years of professional experience Ideally multiannual experience in the quality management of the pharmaceutical industry or in the GMP-regulated environment Competence and experience in handling the accreditation standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 Experience in chemical analysis desirable High readiness and leadership as well as structured working Versified handling of MS Office programs (Word / Excel / Access) Joy of organization and systematic work Good English knowledge of word and writing including chemical concepts
