Part-time (15-20 hours/week)

In the KVBW, the group of IT consultants answers questions from doctors and psychotherapists about IT technology in the practices. The IT consultancy is in direct contact with doctors and psychotherapists and is internally the first contact person for IT practice requirements. As a working student (m/w/d) in the field of IT consulting, you are actively integrated into our team and supports us in the following tasks: Postal and e-mail processing: You categorize, distribute and answer your own written questions. Information: You provide information to your colleagues on the team. Telephone information: You receive calls, answer first questions and forward more complex concerns to the relevant colleagues.

Qualification: You are a enrolled student (w/m/d) in a course of study in the field of health or IT, such as medical, healthcare or business informatics with interest and passion for healthcare. Motivation: You are passionate about digital transformation in healthcare and want to gain first practical experience in addition to your studies. Working: You have a structured way of working and you are characterized by reliability and commitment. Personality: You convince with team skills, sense of responsibility and good linguistic and written expressiveness. Knowledge: You are safe and routined with the popular MS Office applications.
