Employee Relations Manager (m/f/d)

For our German headquarters in Düsseldorf or remote in Hamburg or Berlin we are looking for an employee relations manager (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

Building and maintaining a trusted, social-partnership relationship with local works councils on site in our stores and in line with the TJX Cultural Factors Advising executives on business constitutional issues and drawing up recommendations, including risk assessment on matters relevant to the determination. Development and coordination of negotiating strategies, design and negotiation of operating arrangements, preparation and implementation of agreements (if necessary) Examination and evaluation of works council decisions and development, coordination and implementation of action options Design and further development of personal-relevant processes, guidelines and document templates for legal and efficient co-determination management Ensuring uniform processes and standards within our stores in Germany in coordination with the Manager of Employee Relations Traveling ready up to 40% within a region in Germany

Your profile:

Complete study with a focus on labour law, personnel or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in trusted cooperation with works councils. Safe in cross-site work within a matrix structure and in communication across all hierarchy levels. High commitment, self-responsibility and pronounced problem-solving competence – combined with hands-on mentality. Team player with integrity and joy in developing solutions together. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing.
