Frontdesk Service Employee*

In this role you are the face and voice of the DAW SE at the Ober-Ramstadt site – the first point of contact for our customers, guests, applicants and colleagues. At our reception you ask for a professional and warm welcome as well as a smooth communication. You are responsible for the friendly and competent care of our national and international visitors and callers – personally and by phone. With your professional and service-oriented action, you ensure the smooth running of all the activities that occur at our reception. You support organisational activities – for example in the context of events – and you are competent to perform additional tasks to support internal services. You are always open to optimizations and enjoy the co-design and further development of our reception service.

You have a completed vocational training and ideally experience in the field of reception, service or hotel industry. You have a professional and binding appearance as well as a pleasant, clear way of communication. You are puncturing through high service orientation, team spirit and integrity. You are flexible in time with regard to your operating times (beforeday and in the afternoon, if necessary extended periods of use). You can demonstrate good English skills, a safe handling of MS Office and modern means of communication. You are characterized by a high degree of reliability and remain in lively situations.
