In the area of corporate risk management & services, we shape the future of Group-wide risk management. With a clear focus on innovation, we are driving forward the further development of methods and processes as well as digitization to optimally control and monitor the risks of the DZ BANK Group. Become part of our team and connect strategic vision with direct implementation. As a representative of our subsidiaries around credit risk topics, you ensure compliance with common credit risk standards, promote technical exchange and continuously develop our control framework. You drive the digital transformation, optimize our control platform based on the Microsoft Power Platform and integrate innovative technologies such as generative AI (GenAI) into our productive processes. You validate credit-related models (e.g. ratings, ESG scores, early risk recognition) – making you a key contribution to the method development. You make sustainability measurable and promote our ESG initiatives by increasing data quality in CO accounting and contributing to new methods for climate alignment. You rethink processes and strengthen both the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate governance.

Successful study of computer science, business informatics, mathematics, VWL / BWL or a comparable academic degree Multiannual professional practice in the financial sector in the searched field of responsibility, ideally in the context of a corporate tax Experience in the validation of (credit) risk models, monitoring of corporate standards and data-based analysis of complex issues Good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and implementation of GenAI Experience in project work and support of change processes Very good German and English in word and writing
