Development and further development of a global testing strategy including test contents and limit values Construction and implementation of a continuous test data management Selection, coordination and introduction of suitable test equipment technologies and test systems Support of the NORD Group assembly plants in the planning, implementation and organisation of test systems Creation and optimization of testing processes and assembly-relevant documentation Introduction and rollout of new testing steps for product extensions Contact person for all assembly units in case of malfunctions and questions about test systems Optimization of process safety, productivity, testing times and workflows in cooperation with production sites Initiation and management of projects to improve quality, delivery performance and costs Compilation of specifications and obligations in consultation with the development departments Cooperation with suppliers in the implementation of test systems Development of supply concepts for wear materials such as cables, plugs and adapters

Successfully completed technical studies or technical completion in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or a comparable field Multiannual professional experience in a technical environment Very good technical understanding of electronic components as well as electrical systems and relationships Experience in the development and implementation of electrical testing systems for assembly and production processes Embossed process and system understanding as well as analytical thinking Good knowledge of relevant standards and standards of drive technology Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing High communication strength and team-oriented working
