Key User / Systemadministrator – SAP Extended Warehouse Management (m/f/d)

As a key user, you are the first contact person in enquiries about our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and act as an interface between end users and IT specialist departments. Other exciting tasks and responsibilities await you: System support: You optimize, configure and administrate the SAP EWM warehouse management system and ensure smooth operations. Application support: Timely, you fix system disorders, manage user rights and carry out practical training. Process optimization: You analyze, digitize and shape logistical workflows, storage structures and master data in the sense of increasing efficiency. Interface function: You coordinate the cooperation between logistics, internal IT and external service providers – also in the international environment. Project work: You accompany IT and logistics projects from the definition of technical requirements through test scenarios to documentation.

These skills and skills complete your profile: Qualification: You have a logistical or IT-related background such as a completed training as a specialist for warehouse logistics, a specialist (m/w/d) or a degree in business informatics, BWL, logistics etc. System and IT skills: You bring well-founded experience with warehouse management systems (SAP WM/EWM) and a good technical understanding of logistics hardware such as mobile handheld scanners, printers and computers. Process understanding: You are familiar with logistical processes and can easily translate them into IT processes, system tests and understandable documentation. Teamwork: You are strong in communication and are happy to work as a link with the warehouse team, external partners and our IT department. Operation: You perform your tasks structured and solution-oriented. In the case of fault diagnosis and system optimization, you convince by your analytical thinking and a high degree of self-initiative.
