Position type: Full-time Whether corporate-to-corporate acquisition, the purchase of a residential property portfolio by a private equity sponsor or the development of a new shopping mall in Berlin: We accompany many interesting Real Estate companies in a dynamic market environment with all their individual challenges . Based on our many years of expertise in the German real estate market and our profound understanding of the different asset classes (residential, office, retail, etc.), we analyze the credit quality of our customers and the quality of the object to be financed in the context of the current market and industry environment and illuminate the future strategy of our customers – not least against the background of the decarbonization of the respective object portfolio (ESG). We act in close coordination with the Relationship Managers:inside and product specialist to develop tailor-made solutions for our customers. Our product range includes the full range of a universal bank; Therefore, in addition to classic real estate financing, we are able to offer corporate loans and capital market products from a single source. Together with us, you can affect how and whether a company is funded and manage your portfolio actively after completing your trainee training. In your 15-month trainee program, we make you fit for the challenging analysis and risk assessment of complex real estate credit commitments: Get a deep insight into medium-sized and well-known, listed real estate companies Analyze their business models, e.g. in terms of financing possibilities or transition risks and identify strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities Preparing decision templates for UniCredit Group credit bodies Get to know other areas and divisions of the bank and take a holistic look at the complexity of the UniCredit Group.
