In your management function, you take over the service and specialist supervision of around 37 employees across multiple leadership levels and develop the executives as well as the multi-professional teams. With a strategic and economic perspective, you will continue to control and develop the offer as well as the professionally necessary conceptual orientation, design business processes and manage the service, operational safety and the furnishing budget. As a dedicated person, you ensure the welfare of the child, answer the complaint and enquiry management and take care of particularly complex individual cases. At the interface of youth assistance, education and therapy, coordinate and manage the relevant offers and design the cooperation of the participating teams and cooperation partners. Through your strong network competence, you represent the institution in public bodies and working groups and establish sustainable exchange formats with cooperation partners as well as other persons, services and institutions involved, such as guardianships, schools, consultancy offices and police.

You have state recognition as a social pedagoguein, social workerin or health education*in or a corresponding occupational equality. Alternatively, you will bring a comparable degree of university content, for example in education, special or rehabilitation education, as well as at least three years of professional experience in the fields of social work. Ideally, you can look back at at at least three years of management experience, in particular with experience in managing executives. The strength of decision-making, delegation capacity and competences in motivation, presentation and time management are among your strengths. With your ability to run a facility under technical, operational, economic and administrative aspects, you analyse complex situations and operations safely and manage effective measures to further develop. An additional qualification in social therapy, management or a comparable area, as well as knowledge in child and youth psychiatry and psychotherapy and in the field of education are of advantage and complement your ability to act sovereignly even in a dynamic and demanding environment.
