People Lead IT Communication & Content Development (m/f/d)

Our IT is in the middle of an exciting phase. In order for our asset advisors to be able to successfully understand, apply and use new IT solutions, digital processes and changes, clear, targeted and effective communication is needed. For the IT Communication and Content Development group, we are looking for a People Lead (m/w/d) that not only creates content, but strategically thinks, manages and makes it measurably successful. In this role you lead a team of four technical editors and an e-learning manager. In addition, you control the external work of a video producer and another e-learning designer. Together, she ensures that internal IT topics are comprehensible, relevant and effective across the channel with our asset advisors. Your role You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the IT Communication & Content Development group and develop it strategically. Together with your team, you will ensure that IT topics are communicated to our asset advisors in a comprehensible, relevant and effective manner – structured, targeted and measurable manner. Configuring – in this area Strategic content and communication planning You develop content and communication plans for internal IT topics that are directly contributing to the corporate goals and the goals of digital transformation. Leadership and further development of the team You lead five internal employees as well as two external service providers, give orientation, priority topics and develop skills, roles and cooperation in the team. As a People Lead, you drive the sensible use of artificial intelligence and enable the employees to use it profitably in everyday work. Target group-oriented communication You analyze the information needs of our asset advisors and derive appropriate formats, content, channels and tonalities. Control and optimization of content You make sure that content is not only understandable and correct, but can also be found, usable and effective. These include structured editorial processes, clear quality standards and continuous optimization of existing content. Data-based success measurement You check the performance of the content using suitable analysis tools, guide data-based action recommendations and make the success of communication measurable. Construction of range and traceability You develop concepts to better identify internal IT content, such as search engine optimization for internal platforms, clear information architectures and user-oriented structuring. Interface management You work closely with IT departments, product teams, change management, training, support and other stakeholders. In doing so, you suggest clear votes, realistic schedules and consistent communication. Monitoring of change processes You support the introduction and further development of IT products, processes and services through understandable, activating and targeted communication. Your contribution With your work, you make sure that our asset advisors not only receive IT topics, but understand, apply and experience them as support in their daily work. This makes you an important contribution to success.
