IT Project Manager m/w/d for network construction projects

As a state-of-the-art IT project manager (m/w/d) you are the enabler for the IT and digitization of our network construction projects and with your experience you shorten the Time to Market for providing modern IT solutions. They ensure that the IT tools used facilitate the working day of your colleagues and are developed in accordance with the current (security) requirements. To do this, you work closely with the departments and your IT colleagues and develop an understanding of our business processes, customer requirements and our IT portfolio, as well as new technological trends. They promote positive cooperation within the project team and, in addition to the professional interests of network construction, bring together all the strands of IT disciplines, from IT operation to software engineering to contract management and external service providers. With the help of your professional communication and the integration of all relevant stakeholders, you bring the most diverse interests into line and work towards an optimal project outcome. You are responsible for the budget, time and scope of your IT projects, represent your projects in different bodies and at different hierarchical levels and work with the under-year financial planning.

They have completed a university degree with a focus on computer science, e.g. technical computer science, business informatics or software engineering, or have many years of professional experience in the fields. They bring sound knowledge about current technologies and standards as well as experience in classic and agile project management methods. You know how important communication is, and understand how to moderate at the interface between the different stakeholders and bring the team to the target. They feel the most comfortable in a dynamic environment and have a pronounced agile mindset with corresponding value understanding. They quickly identify complex relationships and work quickly into new topics.
