Control and coordination of technical and infrastructural facility management for the supervised objects including service provider management Ensuring the proper operation of the real estate by object visits, tests, documentation and compliance with legal requirements Responsibility for cost, billing and master data management including reporting and ensuring flawability Supporting customers and users as central contact persons as well as processing complaints, warranties and expert findings Support of projects and implementation of measures in the field of environmental, energy and quality management for the continuous optimization of objects

Completed business or technical (FH) degree or professional training with multi-year relevant professional experience or many years of relevant professional experience Knowledge and experience in facility management and real estate management Very good knowledge of SAP/R3 and standard software Negotiating competence, reliability and accuracy driving licence class B
