You take the 1st and 2nd level support for Connext Vivendi and solve your requests structured, service-oriented and sustainable. You act as a central cutting point between departments, IT, management and software manufacturers. You administrate, care and optimierst Connext Vivendi, ensure data quality and coordinates performance accounting. You drive the digitalization of documents and processes – from digital capture to system integration. You train users, accompany editing and inform about updates and new features.

You have completed training in IT, e.g. as a specialist informatics (m/w/d), IT businessman (m/w/d) or IT system businessman (m/w/d). Ideally, you bring well-founded experience with Connext Vivendi. Alternatively, you know comparable specialist applications from the social sector and work quickly into new systems. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and keep track of complex requirements. A pronounced service and user orientation is obvious to you. Support means not only troubleshooting, but real help in everyday work.
