As a Recruiter / Sourcing Consultant (w/m/d) in our Augsburg branch, you are the driving force in the search, address and selection of suitable candidates:inside for exciting projects. Description In close coordination with the sales team, you analyse the roles and requirements of our customers, align needs and create the basis for a quick and accurate occupation. To do this, create and publish job advertisements, analyze their performance and optimize them continuously. Using modern active-sourcing techniques and different recruiting channels to identify and win matching talents for Brunel and build long-term talent pools. As part of information and initial discussions, you will qualify candidate: in advance and create meaningful profiles for the further process. The candidate will accompany you through the entire recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experience. You work with target and KPI-oriented, keep your recruiting key figures in mind and drive your positions ahead with your own initiative and commitment.

Completed studies in the field of human resources management, economic psychology or training for the personnel service businessman or a comparable qualification First practical experience in recruiting, ideally in Active Sourcing and Candidate Management, as well as first touch points with recruiting tools and business networks such as LinkedIn Recruiter Open, communicative personality with a good sense for people and joy in building relationships Final orientation and joy in appealing, convincing and winning for cooperation German and good knowledge of English
