General responsibility for our kitchen and kitchen brigade Leadership, motivation and further development of the kitchen team Development of new dishes and creative food concepts Further development of our menu and seasonal offers Ensuring consistently high quality Organization and optimization of daily kitchen processes Order of goods, goods control and storage organisation Responsibility for goods use and kitchen budgets Service and personnel deployment planning Compliance and control of all hygiene, quality and HACCP requirements Introducing new employees and promoting young people Close cooperation with management and service Active cooperation at the stove – because a chef with us not only leads, he also cooks!

Completed training as cook/kitchen Multiannual professional experience, ideally already as chef or sous boss Passion for high-quality and creative cuisine Joy in developing new dishes and ideas Above-average readiness and sense of responsibility Sovereignty and experience in employee management Organizational and economic thinking Quality awareness and safe use of food Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP requirements Team spirit, reliability and positive radiation Good German knowledge
