You advise our service customers:in accordance with requirements with regard to our standardized banking products/bank services and the products of our partners You promote customer satisfaction and build a trusted customer bank relationship to strengthen customer loyalty You are talking to customers: active in and recognize signals

You have a vocational training course to the bank clerk (m/w/d) or alternatively a training course to the insurance clerk You bring first experiences in customer contact with You are in contact, committed and self-confident You have good handling forms You are used to work independently and take responsibility You have fun advising customers: to advise them in an appropriate and holistic manner You bring fluent German skills (min. C1) with
