Executive Assistant, Private Banking (m/f/d)

You play an active role in the further development of the private banking business area within bank-wide projects in which you take over the management and control. In this way, you will ensure efficient organization and successful implementation and will be in direct contact with the management level and other project managers. You are involved in the design of the private banking business by driving forward an innovative positioning and shaping the future of the bank. You create concise and fact-based management information that serves as the basis for decisions and present them in direct exchange with the management and other stakeholders. You conduct structured analyses and competitive comparisons and coordinate them with different specialist departments within the bank.

You have a completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable field. You have already gained initial experience in project management, preferably in the financial sector, and have industry and market knowledge in the private banking business. You know the product offers of the private banking market and already have first experience with sales processes. First experiences with the core banking system of Atruvia AG are advantageous. You are capable of structuring complex facts and preparing them to address and communicating. Your willingness to use and resilience are what will help you achieve goals.
