Driving instructor for buses (m/f/d)

You train new employees to obtain the driving licence class D and the accelerated basic qualification in practice. You plan and run driving hours, training and instruction - in urban transport, overland and on the premises. You use traffic rules, expertise and safe, predictive driving at a high level. You test, judge and accompany your participants' learning progress. You work closely with our training team, MRP and driving. You actively contribute to the further development of our driving training and quality assurance.

You have a completed vocational training. You have several years of professional experience in driving with buses. You own the DE class driving licence or are ready to purchase it. You are happy to convey your knowledge, to support people and to accompany them safely on their way to the professional driver (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). You communicate clearly, kindly and at eye level and go individually to different learning needs. You work reliably, responsibly and like to work in the team. Ideally, you have experience in adult education or an additional educational qualification.
