That makes this job interesting for me: In this responsible and varied position, I participate in the construction, implementation and testing of the “Offshore Control Center” operating control system and then take responsibility for the operators of offshore operations. My tasks: In doing so, I am responsible for implementing the appropriate management and network management. I exchange with my colleagues in early and late service with willingness, possibly also in a 24/7 three-layer system. I work closely with the central control room of 50Hertz, the Control Center at Berlin. I monitor the operating and plant condition of offshore power plants, conduct switching operations by or wisely. I am responsible for receiving, distributing, collecting and withdrawing work permits as well as the coordination of operational work and switch-off requirements for offshore installations. During my service, I capture and document all operations and malfunction events. I take part in the initial clarification and I propose immediate measures to eliminate or eliminate disturbances. for damage limitation. My activity also includes the independent updating of the documents necessary for the operation of the plants. I also participate in on-site inspections and audits (e.g. operation, work and environmental protection). In the first one to two years, I am fully familiar with the 50Hertz network as part of a detailed training. I will then deposit or receive corresponding switching permissions for selected transformers and especially for the offshore control center. In addition to plant knowledge, these are the prerequisites for the takeover of plant responsibility for offshore power plants. When granting and withdrawing work permits to individual parts of the plant, I have a great responsibility for the safety of the local staff.
