A task that challenges In an interdisciplinary project team, you are driving forward the planning, control and processing of administrative approval procedures for HS construction projects, e.g. spatial planning and planning determination procedures. The nature- and art-protection-related examination and processing of approval and execution planning as well as the negotiation and implementation of compensation/replacement measures are your tasks. In addition to the creation of planning and project documents as well as appointment and task tracking, you are also responsible for the representation of the project in public, public authorities and public authorities. You create performance descriptions and tenders, e.g. for environmental planning, as well as the control of external service providers. In addition, you tune the approval and execution planning with participating departments and with other internal and external stakeholders. As part of operational requirements, you also take special tasks.

A background that convinces You will bring a high-level/high-school degree (Diplom/Master) in the field of ecology, spatial planning, urban planning, surveying, biology or comparable, or a legal degree for this position. Ideally, you have already been able to gain knowledge and experience in the field of activity and can use them in a targeted manner.
