• Operational management of the branch: Responsibility for the smooth running of all forwarding processes, from order acceptance to disposition to final delivery (and billing). • leadership of the team: Management and motivation of a team of commercial and commercial employees. You ensure an effective and efficient operation as well as continuous further development of employees. • Planning and optimization of processes: Ensuring optimal use of resources and continuous improvement of workflows to reduce costs and increase quality. • Customer satisfaction: Care and development of existing customer relationships. You are contact persons:into our customers and ensure efficient and timely execution of orders. • Budget and cost management: Responsibility for the budget of the establishment, control of operating costs and identification of savings potential. • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements: Monitoring and compliance with regulations in the field of transport, safety and the environment. • Reporting and communication: Regular reporting to the management on the performance indicators of the branch and the development of KPIs.

• Complete training in the field of forwarding or logistics management • Multiannual professional experience in forwarding, ideally in the middle and in a leadership position • Knowledge of national and international logistics processes and relevant legal regulations • Excellent leadership skills and experience in employee management • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills and a high level of decision-making • Communication strength in German and English • Safe handling of modern IT systems and forwarding software
