Instructions and promotion: You guide people in the execution of work tasks and promote motivation, care, endurance and punctuality through individual support. Workplace design: You analyze the skills of the representatives and design the jobs accordingly to create a disabled environment adapted to the needs. Support and development planning: You create individual funding plans and document the progress of the representatives to support their professional and personal development. Support for problems: You offer support for problems, conflicts or personal difficulties in the work environment. Organization and documentation: You perform organizational and administrative tasks, including the handling of customer orders and the documentation of workflows and development reports. Qualification offers: You support the implementation of training offers and carry out self-responsible training offers.
