Nursing service manager inpatient area (m/f/d)

You guide and accompany the care team in everyday life: value-estimating, clear and solution-oriented – from incorporation to feedback to team development. You ensure a good personnel deployment and service planning, keeps an eye on failures and ensures stable processes. You ensure and develop the quality of care: care processes, documentation, standards, action plans and internal quality topics. You coordinate cooperation with relatives, doctors, therapists:inside and other interfaces – structured and binding. You prepare exams and cravings (e.g. MD/QM) and make sure that quality is not visible on paper, but in everyday life. So that you do not lose the reference to nursing practice, a part of your activity remains consciously in direct contact with residents
