IT support & user support You will receive 1st level support via hotline as well as on-site support at all Lindhorst Group locations. You enter the users in the daily business and solve hardware and software problems. You are responsible for user administration and rights assignment in Active Directory and file systems. Client & terminal management You provide desktop and mobile devices, install and wait them. You analyze and fix hardware, peripheral devices, phones and printers. You support rollouts and job changes. System operation & infrastructure You monitor patch, update and backup processes. You manage central printing systems. You will be involved in the administration of LAN, WLAN and VPN infrastructures. Data center & IT further development You are involved in the administration of internal and external data centers. You support IT concepts, authorization structures and new location operations. You secure a stable and fail-safe IT operation at all locations.

Must-have You have a completed IT training or comparable practical experience. You bring well-founded experience in IT support and user support. You know about Windows client environments and Active Directory. You work structured, service-oriented and take responsibility. You'll be kind and you'll communicate. at least 5 years of professional experience You have experiences in server or data center environments You have experience in networking (LAN, WLAN, VPN).

Nice-to-have You are interested in IT development and new technologies. You like working in the team and working together across the site.
