Security Resource Management Focus on Procurement (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Security Resource Management (m/w/d) from now on and in full time at one of our BWI locations. In the field of “CCITS Security Cross Functions” we are responsible for the provision of cross-average tasks to maintain service, solution and project management. We are part of the “Competence Center IT-Security” (CCITS), in which the operating IT, information and cyber security competencies are centralized within the CDO division of BWI.

Preparation of award-compliant tenders for cooperation between CCITS departments, BWI Procurement and BWI Contract Law

Implementation / support for market exploration in close cooperation with BWI Partner ecosystem

Coordination of CCITS procurement for: External services (including on/offboarding & SAP Lifecycle Management), employee transfers, hardware, software licenses, extension of maintenance contracts and software license agreements

Initiation and implementation of internal process improvements

Creating and providing evaluations in the BI tool

Creation and maintenance of CCITS Procurementsharepoint

Placing the CCITS BeWiki on procurement topics

Completed subject-related vocational training or completed subject-related university studies About 5 years (after training) or 2 years (after studying) Advanced knowledge in the handling of procurement law Advanced knowledge in the creation of performance descriptions Experience in the field of IT security, as well as in project work in agile working Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint and with the Trendmicro BI tool of advantage An independent procedure
