Their mission focuses on our customers at the Care Center Hannover. In this versatile, patient-oriented position, you support people with hearing systems as well as their relatives and support new candidates on their way to the hearing system supply.

Personal advice of our customers on our hearing systems and accessories as well as on third-party manufacturers and rehabilitation products Processing of services and distribution and sale of our products Candidate advice and support for sales through participation in events and training Support for employees of the clinics and hearing acoustics as part of the hearing system supply Ensure a frictionless and customer-oriented company of the Care Center and support in the care of the Care Center product portfolio

Complete training in a medical-care profession, e.g. nursing, health and nursing, MFA or comparable qualification Joy in direct customer contact, pronounced sensitivity and secure and clear communication routine in work with medical aids and willingness to work into new products such as hearing systems Safe handling of MS Office, structured documentation and reliable team-oriented working
