As a production employee (m/w/d) in the metal sector, a variety of tasks await and the possibility to actively participate in a dynamic environment. This position offers a great opportunity to participate productively in the manufacturing process and gain valuable experience, even without extensive professional experience. The workplace is located in Neuestadt (Wied), so that work is carried out in an economically central location.

• Operation and monitoring of production machines and their equipment
• Quality testing of manufactured parts according to established standards
• Implementation of small maintenance work on the machines
• Work and support throughout the production process
• Packaging and picking of manufactured metal components
• creation of jobs and ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area

We are looking for

• Completed schooling, preferably with technical background
• Craft skills and experience with production machines
• ability to work precisely and carefully, even in stressful situations
• Teamability and independent and structured working
• readiness for shiftwork
• Basic knowledge of German in word and writing
• Technical understanding and interest in metalworking
