Sales Representative (m/w/d) Full-time (38,5 h) | unlimited permanent employment | Mönchengladbach

You are responsible for the commercial support of a fixed inventory customer group – from order & sales processing to the brokerage and coordination of technical specialist consulting for problem solutions to after-sales service, you act as a central interface between customers, suppliers, warehouses and forwarders Sourcing and purchasing new products, delivery services and handling of import and export processes, including delivery processing for our customers, are also part of your task with your distinctive organizational design, ensure the timely availability of goods in the correct quantity and place, taking into account and verifying all relevant and legal requirements (e.g. REACH, customs permit) the processing of complaints and goods returns professionally handle the search, collection and documentation of market information It is structured by last but not least maintain the data in our relevant systems (SAP, Salesforce) independently, carefully and conscientiously

Their basis consists of a successfully completed commercial training in the industrial, forwarding or wholesale and foreign trade environment You have already collected practical shopping / sales experiences and provide a solid basis in the SAP application, in a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) and the popular MS Office products with You are strong in communication and master the English language on B2 level to safely lead occasional international correspondence in our dynamic and lively environment, you can expect exciting challenges – with your commitment and flexibility You actively contribute to the success of our team
