The core of your activity is customer and service-oriented processing of industrial multiline products (application and contract processing). You are responsible for the examination, processing and documentation of new and new amendments as well as for the processing of different processes within your powers. You make sure that all provided risk information is correctly taken into account and you are also responsible for collecting contracts in our computer systems. In close coordination with brokers, brokers, agencies, insurance companies and sales units, you communicate both in writing and by telephone and contribute to optimal customer support. Your duties include cooperation with the underwriters, the Gothaer sales service and other departments. The acquisition of special tasks and multiplier activities (e.g. on process or specialist topics) as well as the independent cooperation on projects in the field of operation provide space for personal development. You process the operating business incidents independently and independently, and you also bring your own ideas to the continuous development of the area.

Ideally, you have already gained experience in the application and contract processing in the insurance industry, preferably in the industrial (sach) insurance including Multiline products. The handling of MS Office applications, especially with Excel, is of course for you. Last but not least, you have an affinity for IT topics, can look beyond the edge of the plate and have fun continuously developing internal processes.
