In this versatile role you conduct projects at the interface of administrative modernization, digitization, promotion, regional development and regulatory transformation processes. You work closely with federal and state ministries, funding banks, municipalities and other actors in the context of funding and authorities. You guide and support challenging projects in the public sector – from digitization projects to strategic funding, regional development or organisational projects as well as within the framework of the funding management services A further focus is on the design of modern, digital funding and administration processes along the entire funding process, from project development to application creation to demonstration management. Analyzing complex support landscapes and developing solutions, improving the impact, efficiency, user centering and interinstitutional cooperation The management of stakeholders at the federal, state and municipal level is one of your tasks as well as the moderation of workshops, dialogue formats and governance rounds In order to implement your projects, you can use methods from Service Design, Process Automation, Data Analysis and Platform Architectures In addition, you actively support the further development of our consulting business in the areas of digitalization, promotion, regional development and transformation programs Last but not least, you are successfully introducing yourself into acquisitions, offerings and business development Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have a successfully completed degree in administrative sciences, economics or social sciences, political science, public management, or a comparable degree course related to administration, promotion or digitization In addition, you bring multiannual external consulting experience into projects related to funding, digital funding architectures, administrative digitization or comparable transformation topics with Funded knowledge of funding management services, regional support and support control, as well as a strong understanding of funding logics, management processes, user centering and platforms You are able to combine political, technical and organizational requirements, strategically capture complex relationships and effectively implement them. Experience in the management of complex stakeholder landscapes and governance structures at federal, state and municipal level is also part of your profile In addition, you have already taken responsibility in managing consulting projects You also bring a resilient network to decision-makers in a professional context The willingness to actively contribute to the expansion of our business, the customer approach and the further development of the team, you will of course bring Embossed communicative and analytical skills as well as a safe occurrence at decision levels are among your strengths Very good German knowledge, a convincing presentation capability and good English skills are required
