Comprehensive user support in the operation of specialist process connections focusing on support and solution finding Support with research and analysis of the interfaces of pre-processes to finance SAP Conception and implementation of user training in presence/online Creation of documentation and user information Development and implementation of ideas for the continuous improvement of user support Support and cooperation in quality assurance

Graduate degree in the Graduate Administration (FH), Bachelor of Arts-Public Management, Diplom-Financialist (FH) or comparable training in municipal administration with multiannual professional experience Knowledge of KM finance (SAP) is beneficial High IT affinity and safe handling of data migrations, data transfers and interfaces Responsible and independent operation with own initiative Embossed team and communication skills Temporary readiness High customer orientation with very good German knowledge on C1 level
