IT-Administrator , Freiburg (m/f/d)

First contact point for our employees in IT requests and disruptions – via ticket system, email and telephone (1st and 2nd level support). Self-analysis, prioritization and elimination of IT problems as well as redirecting more complex cases to 3rd level support or external service providers. Support and administration of IT infrastructure (clients, servers, network, periphery). Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Configuration, commissioning and inventory of hardware and software. Participation in the further development and documentation of IT processes and systems. Support for IT projects and perspective takeover of responsibility in areas of IT.

Complete IT training (e.g. specialist in system integration) or a comparable qualification. First to multi-year professional experience in IT support or IT administration. Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft environments (Active Directory, M365). Basic knowledge of network and server infrastructures of advantage. Own-sponsored and solution-oriented working with the will to take responsibility and to develop. Embossed service and service and joy in dealing with people. Team spirit, reliability and good communication skills. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Ready to occasionally support at other locations on site.
