They are actively responsible for the digital transformation in accounting and driving automation as well as process optimization They lead a team of about 50 people, create a compelling working atmosphere and accompany employees through changes They optimize existing accounting processes, use innovative technologies (e.g. RPA, AI) and improve the service quality of our client They control and monitor billing, receivable and change processes and ensure efficiency and safety They work closely with internal and external IT service providers to implement digital solutions strategically and operationally

They have completed university studies in business, business informatics or a comparable subject They have several years of experience in accounting complex business processes as well as in process management and digitization projects You have multi-year leadership experience and understand how to motivate, develop and inspire employees They have a high IT affinity, use modern technologies in a targeted manner and bring sound ERP knowledge, ideally with SAP They are strong and secure in handling internal and external stakeholders Industry knowledge in the energy sector or another regulated industry such as telecommunications, banking, insurance and other financial services are advantageous
