successfully completed studies of business management, economic engineering or a comparable qualification with a commercial focus multiannual professional experience in a commercial function in machine or plant engineering, preferably in the context of customer-specific projects and complex value creation processes well-founded experience in project, cost and result controlling very good knowledge of costing, budgeting, project evaluation and commercial risk management detectable experience in the construction and standardization of commercial process structures in a technically shaped organization safe handling of ERP, reporting and analysis tools as well as a very good understanding of data-based control and the further development of digital processes good understanding of contractual, tax and compliance-relevant commercial issues as well as experience in targeted cooperation with central departments binding occurrence, good viability and the ability to constructively combine different interests structured, data-oriented and pragmatic mode of operation with the aim of building a durable commercial professionalism and effectively anchoring it in operational daily business very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level) in word and writing
