You want to take responsibility and, as a key person, ensure that naval shipbuilding projects are implemented successfully, on time and in the highest quality? As an expert on quality topics, you are part of the project team and actively shape the quality assurance of our shipbuilding projects. You are the central contact person for quality topics across the entire project team and for external partners - your word counts on all questions concerning exams, proofs and quality standards. You take over the professional leadership of the employees in the field of quality, manage their tasks and ensure that all quality-relevant measures are coordinated and implemented in a targeted manner. You are responsible for planning and controlling all quality measures in the project, setting priorities and ensuring that all deadlines are complied with. Disorders and deviations are recognised at an early stage, promptly initiate appropriate measures and provide transparency and security through targeted communication with the project management. In your role, you coordinate all quality matters with all participating partner companies and suppliers and ensure that specifications are implemented and documented. You take over the design and coordination of project-specific processes, ensure their implementation and consistently check whether all requirements for internal and external partners are met.

Graduate in the Department of Ship and Ship Engineering, completed training as a technician (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience (2-5 years) in project and quality management in the maritime industry or in the ship and/or Shipbuilding and experience in the professional management of a project team Expertise in the field of ISO 9001, ideally also AQAP Versified handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Flowing German and English skills and strong communicative skills High readiness, self-sufficiency, rapid understanding, organisational agility and sense of responsibility High level of readiness and multi-activity presence at external sites (100%)
