The customer & markets department is responsible for all processes between the distribution network operator Stromnetz Berlin and the customers and the other market participants such as e.g. the power supplier. In the field of connection projects, we are the first contact person for our individual customers in the production of complex network connections and all the topics that occur during the operation. Perception of your role as a central contact and negotiation partner for our individual customers Advising large and special customers, in particular on technical, energy and legal issues relating to network connection for medium-voltage level Creation of customer offerings and development and negotiation of contracts while respecting business interests independent support of existing and new customers for issues related to their network connection and technical problems and disruptions Responsibility for the assignment of internal departments in the implementation of customer projects Your further tasks include: cooperation on projects and special topics in the Berlin electricity grid, such as improving process quality from customer perspective
