Pedagogical specialist for our inclusive youth club - part-time (m/f/d)

You accompany young people with and without need for support in open business and support them in their personal development. You create and implement leisure, educational and group offers that promote the diversity and talents of young people. You create a safe, respectful space where every young person can arrive without prejudice and discrimination. You promote self-determination, participation and social skills and strengthen confidence in your own personality. You build reliable relationships with young people – always at eye level. You work closely in the team and use regular reflections to develop you and your work. You cooperate with parents, caregivers and external departments to provide the best possible support. You actively shape the further development of our inclusive concept and contribute to a continuous improvement. You document and reflect your educational work to ensure quality and innovation.

A completed pedagogical training (e.g. educator, social pedagogue, social worker*in or comparable qualification). An inclusive attitude and the ability to value and promote diversity. A solution-oriented, reflected and resource-oriented way of working. Team spirit and joy in cooperation. Empathy, communication strength and a high sense of responsibility. Flexibility for use in the afternoon, early evening and occasionally on weekends. Interest in continuously developing your own educational attitude.
