Coordination of integrated design and execution planning, in particular the fields of civil engineering, basic construction, brownfield, open-air planning and external specialist planners Identification and implementation of optimization and saving potentials Responsibility for the interdisciplinary planning process Close cooperation with the responsible sales engineer (m/w/d) and project manager (m/w/d) as well as technical coordination with e.g. Sales engineers, project managers, customers and authorities Leadership of external designers and support for project management to achieve high customer satisfaction throughout the entire planning process Integration and optimization of GOLDBECK products, systems and processes in the planning process Technical clarification and strategic preparation, as well as control of tendering and support for the award of follow-up services

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, completed training as a technician (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management of large and complex projects in civil engineering Experience in successful customer support as well as care for long-term customer relationships such as after-contractors and contractors Overarching understanding of planning relationships and construction processes Outstanding analytical skills, problem solving skills and excellent communication skills High solution orientation as well as pronounced hands-on mentality with fun at the responsible work
