GMP production (Drug Product): implementation and monitoring of aseptic filling processes and visual inspections according to EU GMP Annex 1 Vial examination: planning, coordination and execution of vials integrity checks to visual inspection Production: Production of sterile, viral medicines for clinical trials using state-of-the-art process equipment Documentation: Creation and updating of GMP-compliant documents such as SOPs and material specifications Quality and Process Optimization: ongoing review and optimization of existing processes to improve process times and throughput Process transfer: Support for the transition of processes from development to production, with close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams Development: Support for laboratory work in development

Education: Completed scientific studies in the field of biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, biochemistry or comparable qualification readiness: to work with organisms of genetic safety level 2 (viruses) and to carry out visual inspections of the filled product Advantages: are experiences in the (bio)pharmaceutical environment or in a GMP production environment, ideally in sterile filling Knowledge: Experience in working with viruses or viral vectors is desirable Work setting: flexibility, sense of responsibility and a reliable, careful way of working as well as a solution-oriented, innovative and partnership-oriented work Language knowledge: Very good German and at least simple English skills
