With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans. The team of start-up methods operates across departments and is an important part of the start-up factory. Our projects particularly concern the development of methods and standardization of our start-up processes and the development of a mounting training center of the future. We work across the factory at the German locations Bremen, Sindelfingen and Rastatt and develop standards for the global partner network. We look forward to your deployment in Bremen or Sindelfingen. These challenges include: Working in a multi-site, interdisciplinary team with agile project structure

Participation in the implementation of strategic goals and the standardisation of processes

Support in the content and methodological development of start-up methods

Participation in the design, piloting, implementation and evaluation of the Future Training project

Support in the introduction and implementation of modern learning methods (e.g. video content for Web Based training)

Care and development of SharePoints (Science Database & Training Center)

Participation, preparation and follow-up of workshops, bodies and audit

The activity can begin from July 2026. Period: 6 months

Course of studies in engineering, economic engineering, communications/media sciences, business management, economic psychology

Digital affinity with technical background + openness for new systems

Team and communication skills

Secure knowledge of German and English (at least B2) in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) à ev. As well as openness for Mural, Teams, Lists....

Analytical thinking and strategic working

First knowledge of project management
