That makes this job interesting for me: As part of the purchase at 50Hertz, I am responsible for the active management of my contracts in the project. I shape contract changes, claims and claims, recognise risks early and develop solutions together with project management, technology, law and other specialist areas. My tasks: Commercial control of complex contract, performance and liability interfaces in AC-Onshore projects from FACTS plants, construction, assembly and EPC services during project execution, safeguarding the contractual claims of 50Hertz as well as the assessment of claims made by contractual partners; monitoring contractual values, performance levels, deadlines, notifications and formal requirements; identifying and managing contract-related opportunities and risks to support the corporate objectives in the areas of security of supply, cost efficiency and sustainable value creation; assessment and processing of contractual changes, yields and performance deviations; analysing contract failures and deriving appropriate contractual and commercial countermeasures; Strategic management of claims and follow-up negotiations in coordination with project management, technology and law, ensuring complete contractual documentation, proof management and archiving; creation of management reports as well as decision templates on commercial and contractual issues; active support of the project teams during the execution phase in case of contractual issues; Participation in the introduction and continuous development of modern digital tools to support contract & claim management and data-based decision-making and control processes with the aim of continuously improving the cost-effectiveness and affordability of projects and contracts.

successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, economic law, law, BWL, VWL or a comparable discipline, multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally at least 5 years, in a comparable task environment; experience in managing and implementing projects with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment, Strong negotiation and stakeholder management competencies in dealing with internal and external project participants, analytic thinking, pronounced number affinity and a secure understanding of economic relationships, Structured, strategic, solution-oriented and creative work with a high level of enforcing capability, Sovereign appearance, strong persuasion and professional and constructive handling of conflict situations, experience in using AI-based tools, German language skills and good English knowledge in word and writing (C1 level), Ready for occasional business trips to project sites and construction sites.
