One of the most modern production facilities in the automotive industry worldwide – with this ambitious description, the success story of the Mercedes-Benz plant Rastatt began in 1992. With the Mercedes locations Rastatt, Kuppenheim and Bischweier, the Rastatt automotive region is one of the largest employers in the region. At the Rastatt site, vehicle models of the Entry Luxury class are manufactured, including the A-Class, B-Class, the GLA and the fully electric CLA. The location covers the complete range of modern drive technologies with classic burners, plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles. These challenges include: Support for personnel managers in operations of integration management (BEM), such as organisation and coordination of discussions, implementation of measures for reintegration after illness-related absence

Participation in job placements within the work, e.g. preparation and follow-up, as well as participation in personnel selection meetings

Participation in the coordination and implementation of personnel measures

Support for personnel managers in personnel discussions and disciplinary measures

Cooperation with internal partners (e.g. lawyers, medical service etc.)

Participation in the ongoing development of the area with the focus on innovation and digitization

Working on exciting personal projects

Possibility to perform (and possibly support) in all areas of HR work on site, e.g. personnel planning, labour law and labour policy, remuneration, training, ...)

The activity can begin from February/March 2026.

A degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law or a comparable qualification

First professional experience, ideally first experience in personal work or project experience

Safe handling of MS Office

Negotiating English knowledge of advantage
