Order, troubleshooting and work preparation for the network operator for installation and troubleshooting in customer locations (Germany and Eastern Europe) Remote measurement, testing of lines in installations and malfunctions Spare parts management, logistics, balancing and accounting control of partner companies in Eastern Europe Working preparation and coordination of technicians (w/m/d) of our partner companies in Eastern Europe Automatic processing of orders Participation in standby services

Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g. Electronics (w/m/d) in information and telecommunications technology At least 2 years of relevant professional experience Knowledge of Ethernet systems and DWDM Safe working with Outlook, Excel, Word etc. Embossed team skills, joy in dealing with customers and a high willingness to work independently Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing readiness to travel driving licence class B
