Together we manage the skills of IT governance, risk & compliance, business continuity, IT service continuity and data protection. We define specifications, control and check their implementation and advise our product organization and management.

Tasks that keep you posted: You support our experienced colleagues in the further development of our IT-Governance orientation framework and help to further strengthen and strengthen it. You are involved in the implementation of regulatory requirements and their continuous improvement. You'll be prudent and develop our internal rules based on external requirements (e.g. laws, regulations, contracts) and stay informed about new legal requirements. You accompany the implementation of IT compliance in processes, products and projects. You work with the areas of information security, data protection and business continuity management (BCM) on our integrated risk management. You participate in the further development of our internal control system and support the product organization to convert to automated controls. You support the IT organization in internal and external audits and in implementing measures.

Features that make you feel: You have successfully completed a study of (economic) informatics, economics or comparable training. You are burning to add value to IT governance and to develop pragmatic solutions together with the product organization and management. You are a team player with own initiative, have a good IT confession and possibly some experience in creating and maintaining policies and concepts. You will have first experience in IT governance, risk management or IT compliance. Ideally from work in complex IT organizations or a corresponding audit/consultation activity. Also advantageous are knowledge of the relevant standards and standards, such as ISO38500, ISO37301, ITIL, COBIT, BSI, COSO, ISO31000, IDW RS FAIT 1-5, ISAE standards. Ideally, you also have knowledge of important current legislation with IT reference (including KRITIS, NIS2, GDPR) or are willing to incorporate yourself into it. We require very good German and good English skills due to our company languages.
