Surgical Technical Assistant / Medical Assistant (m/w/d) Outpatient Operating Theatre in Hamburg

We are looking for the early shift from Monday to Friday, support for our outpatient operation of the MVZ Hamburg-Eilbek in the form of an MFA (m/w/d) or OTA (m/w/d). The MVZ of the Schön Klinik is a 100% subsidiary of the Schön Klinik Hamburg Eilbek and has its location right next to the clinic. In our MVZ, we provide a team of doctors, ecotrophologists and MFAs every year with comprehensive expertise. 10,000 outpatient patients at a high medical level. In addition to the complete medical care, we provide pre- and postoperative care for thyroid and obesity-surgical patients. Safe operation management: As part of our interdisciplinary team, you take over instrumentation, assisting and jumping activities in the outpatient surgery and actively contribute to the safe implementation of surgical interventions. Holistic patient care: You are responsible for the pre- and post-processing of operations and for preparatory, monitoring and post-care measures to our patients. Frictionless team processes: Together with the team, you can ensure smooth processes in our two operating rooms and work closely and trustfully with the specialist departments. Structured process organization: You take care of the independent organization of workflows, complete documentation and targeted information sharing. Friendly patient coordination: In addition, take care of patient service and appointment management, kindly supervise patients with registration, coordinate appointments and support in form management as well as in administrative tasks.

You have successfully completed vocational training for the medical specialist or surgical assistant (OTA) (m/w/d). First professional experience in the OP is desirable and facilitates entry. You have the pleasure of constructive, interdisciplinary cooperation in a dynamic and motivated team. Openness, empathy and good communicative skills in dealing with patients complete your profile.
